Pride for Parents is an annual toy and gift sale designed to benefit hard working families in the South Atlanta neighborhood and the communities surrounding it. Through donations of new and gently used toys, we offer quality and affordable merchandise to the families of South Atlanta. We will sell – not give – them to working parents who can afford to pay a small price. For those who can’t pay, we offer the opportunity to work at the store, earn store credit and buy gifts that way. The proceeds earned from the sale provide jobs for residents of South Atlanta all year long. This program, founded in 1983, is simple in concept; instilling dignity, not dependency in the families we serve.
